March is our month of birthdays, with three birthdays in 8 days! Josie felt left out...but she had a birthday in May, so it wasn't too much of a wait.
Candi's low-fat strawberry shortcake birthday cake! She's on week 3 of her biggest loser competition!
Steve's homemade (by Candi, of course) gourmet red velvet cake with blackberries! mmmm, mmmm delicious. "Best tasting cake I've ever made," says Candi.

Jackson's 2nd birthday was at the Dinosaur Museum (at Thanksgiving Point) with Ben and Josh (& Kristin) and Grandma & Grandpa Mumford, (and Josie, Mommy, & Daddy, of course)
We had to throw a real party for Josie, now that she has a lot of friends and had been to others' birthdays too. So they all did the slip 'n slide, made bead bracelets and necklaces (yes, even some of the boys), had some cake, and had a blast.
Jackson figured out that if you cover a hole on the slip'n slide, the rest of the holes shoot higher!

Kind of fun/stressful that all your birthdays are crowded into 2 months, at least April gives you a breather. So how fun that you are doing a biggest loser competition, good luck. Anyway Merry un-birthday do all you guys. That red velvet cake looked really good.
Candi - Josie is soooooo beautiful! Seriously... she's gorgeous. YAY. I'm glad that you've blogged a little more - I've missed seeing updates on how you guys are doing. I love Jacksons hair too. I refuse to cut Tysons shorter because I love the curls too.
Josie and Jackson are looking so grown up! I love Jackson's curls and Josie's pics are adorable!
Mmmmm, red velvet cake. Love that stuff. Looks good!
